On Observation i
This earlier body of work marks the beginning of my practice of observation. The images are exploratory—attentive to place, light, and form, and driven by a desire to understand how ordinary scenes can hold meaning through focused attention.
While the approach is less restrained than in later work, the same questions are present: how objects occupy space, how light alters perception, and how stillness can carry emotional weight. These photographs form the foundation of an ongoing visual language that continues to evolve.
