On Observation i
These photographs mark the beginning of an approach that continues to shape my work. Made across different places and years, they reflect an early fascination with light, form, and the quiet structure of ordinary environments.
The photographs are more exploratory than those that follow, testing different subjects and ways of seeing. Yet the central questions remain the same: how light transforms familiar spaces, how objects occupy a frame, and how stillness can carry emotional weight.
Looking back, they feel less like a completed body of work than the beginning of a way of seeing that continues to evolve.
