On Observation ii
My photography is an ongoing practice of observation, shaped by time, repetition, and return. I’m drawn to quiet moments, ordinary subjects, and spaces in between—places where light, form, and texture carry more weight than narrative or spectacle.
This work is less about documenting what happens than about noticing how things exist: a structure against the sky, a plant reduced to shape, an object isolated by light. Images are made slowly, with attention to restraint—muted color, deliberate composition, and a willingness to leave meaning unresolved.
Observation ii reflects a more focused phase of this practice. The images are quieter, more selective, and less concerned with description than with presence. They are meant to be revisited rather than consumed, and to reward time spent looking.
